I had a moment on Monday when all I craved was something sweet and as I was still recovering from one too many drinks on the weekend I needed to reach for the healthy alternative as the shop brought sweets would have been gone in seconds. After completing my yoga teacher training in India, I travelled inland to Hampi, south to Kerala and eventually north to Rajasthan, but in-between these trips I was offered an opportunity to teach daily yoga classes where I was staying in Goa. This was a really beautiful experience, especially being so fresh from teacher training, I got to teach Vinyasa, Hatha flow and even a few Yin classes. My daily life centred around yoga and cake. Yoga, Travel & Gratitude My first trip with the sole purpose of yoga/AcroYoga/movement was to Greece in September 2016.
