After completing my yoga teacher training in India, I travelled inland to Hampi, south to Kerala and eventually north to Rajasthan, but in-between these trips I was offered an opportunity to teach daily yoga classes where I was staying in Goa. This was a really beautiful experience, especially being so fresh from teacher training, I got to teach Vinyasa, Hatha flow and even a few Yin classes. My daily life centred around yoga and cake. Yoga, Travel & Gratitude My first trip with the sole purpose of yoga/AcroYoga/movement was to Greece in September 2016. I only booked a place at a course and my flights a few days before I had to arrive. I had an unexpected week off of work, and suddenly I felt like Greece was the right place to be.
