Jen has been practicing yoga since 2010 and has tried different styles and teachers over the years and established a home practice. Initially drawn to yoga’s physical benefits, she realised soon that yoga had much more to offer and started to practice Pranayama and Meditation. In 2016 Jen decided to make the jump and enrol on a Yoga Teaching Course, something that has played on her mind for a while. She trained with an Yoga Teaching school in London, learning different styles, Vinyasa Flow, Power Yoga, Restorative Yoga, Hatha Yoga and Ashtanga Vinyasa Yoga, giving her a rounded knowledge of different styles. Jen is going to complete her Pre- and Post-natal teacher training in Summer 2017.
The high energy classes aim to give an all body workout, stretching and toning the body whilst calming the mind and leaving you feeling invigorates. Expect to leave the classes with a big (possibly sweaty) smile on your face! Jen’s classes are accessible to anyone; it does not matter how flexible you are or whether you can touch your toes, every pose can be adapted.
