Sara discovered classical pilates 4 years ago and began her practice with Shona Croft, alongside additional tutoring from Pilates leaders Neidra Gabriel of Pilates Anytime and Rael Isacowitz of BASI Pilates.
Throughout her life, Sara performed extensively in dance, springboard diving and trampolining. Sara has long understood the importance body alignment and core strength in performing these disciplines and is now able to deliver these key principles through the practice and teaching of Classical Pilates.
Classical Pilates requires precision and control and therefore Sara’s approach is to teach on a basis of small numbers, allowing time and ability to provide personal corrections throughout a session. Through this, clients will be able to follow the Classical Pilates method and continuously develop their personal strength and improve their spine and body alignment.
