Fed up of Cellulite? Flaky, dry skin? Eczema and Psoriasis? Are you pregnant or breastfeeding? For those of us with not so soft skin this scrub i’ve just made may well give you that gorgeous silky smoothness. Since having a baby my skin has definitely changed and requires more TLC as hormones are all over the place. This scrub is so easy to make, cheap and no doubt you’ll have the ingredients in your kitchen. The main ingredient is caffeine which is said to boost circulation and studies show that coconut oil, when used topically, can stimulate higher collagen cross-linking.
Here’s my top tips for smooth baby soft skin;

  • Keep hydrated
  • Eat clean by avoiding acidic foods
  • Body brush
  • Use the coffee scrub below
  • Exercise daily

Homemade coffee scrub


Combine the following:

2 tablespoons of coconut oil

2 tbsp sea salt

2 tbsp ground coffee beans


Mix ingredients well and scrub onto skin, leave on the skin for 3-5 minutes before rinsing off.
