So you’re considering beginning a yoga practice but don’t know where to start or what to expect?
Join a small group of fellow new starters to explore the practice and build confidence in this fun two-hour workshop.
This workshop is an ideal way to discover Yoga and connect with yourself in a fun and safe space. Perfect for beginners, those who like to learn sequentially or anyone looking to revisit the fundamentals of Yoga and Mindfulness practice.
A focus on healthy alignment and Pranayama (breathing practices) will help cultivate strength and understanding as well as cultivate greater mental clarity and calm.
We will end the workshop with an extended relaxation for the body and mind to relax and for the practice to settle in the body.
By the end of this workshop you will be confident in going to a yoga class and know the basic postures, how to do them and some of the different variations to make the pose suitable to you.
