Since 4th January i’ve been following the 30 day My Escape healthy eating plan. I feel like I’ve lost weight, i feel happier and healthier since all the over indulging at Christmas. The plan provides 30 days of daily meals, shopping lists and exercises to follow. Meals are all dairy free, gluten free, free of processed sugars, no meat and no alcohol.
