To secure your spot we require a non refundable £500 deposit and 3 further payments are staggered throughout the year. Stay in your very own junior suite with private swim up pool.

These beautifully spacious rooms have a dressing area, indoor living room, comfortable king-size bed and en-suite bathroom with rainshower. Floor-to-ceiling doors open out to a quiet terrace onto the semi-private pool, shared with just one or two neighbouring suites.  Junior suites are approximately 45sqm inside.

IS THIS RETREAT RIGHT FOR ME?

Whether you’re at the beginning of your fitness journey or are seasoned practitioner our retreats are a great way to dive into a practice or deepen your understanding. Ellie and Holly have years of teaching experience and teach in a style which allows you all to get what you need from your practice. Holly and Ellie will offer variations and modifications and through our daily practice you will all gain some new movement experiences and come away feeling like your body has learnt something new. That’s one of the most beautiful things about these immersive retreats.

We all practice together, we are all welcome and we will all be challenged and loved along the way. The vast majority of our retreat guests travel alone, but we’ve also had many couples and various family member combinations. We often have guests who have met on prior retreats and come back together for another one as friends. It is beautiful, come and join us!

WHAT TO EXPECT FROM THE RETREAT

We deliver unforgettable retreats on the beautiful Greek island of Kos for people of all ages, male, and female and with a range of fitness levels and abilities. 6 days are packed full of yoga, meditation, Pilates, exploring, good food and relaxation time.

Expect huge fun, big smiles, sensational scenery, a healthy dose of sweat and the all important rest and recovery! Book onto our retreat to join our community and create unforgettable memories!

WHAT LEVEL OF FITNESS DO I NEED TO JOIN

We welcome people of all ages, male, and female and with a range of fitness levels and abilities. Do let us know if you are a beginner or have any concerns, you can enjoy all classes at your own pace and we will give you the necessary support. One of our fitness requirements is that you are able to hike for approximately 2-3 hours. If this is a concern of yours or you have any other questions regarding the types of sessions, please let us know and we can advise accordingly.

DO I NEED TO TAKE PART IN ALL THE ACTIVITIES

All classes are optional but we will encourage you to take part for the all-important feel good vibes! Do let us know if you are a beginner or have any concerns and we will give you the necessary support.

HOW MANY PEOPLE WILL I BE STAYING WITH

A typical Greek yoga retreat will accommodate 10 - 14 guests.

WHO COMES ON AN GREEK ISLAND RETREAT

We attract people of all ages, male and female, all with a range of fitness levels and abilities. Whether you're joining on your own or with friends, a retreat is a really great way to meet new people and make lifelong friends. We also include some 'chill time' on our retreats so you can get some quality 'me' time in too.

CAN I COME ON MY OWN

100% you can come on your own. We create an environment where people feel welcome and comfortable, you will meet and make great new friends. If you're unsure about sharing a room with someone you don't know, we have private rooms available. If you're happy to share a room with someone you don't know, we only pair guests of the same gender.

CAN I COME WITH A FRIEND / BRING A GROUP

Of course, just send us an email or give us a call to let us know their details and we will pair you in the same room.

HOW DO I GET TO THE HOTEL

You will fly into KOS airport, the hotel is approximately 15 minutes drive from the airport with our private transfers. We can advise on flight options if required. Depending on your departure airport we have found that British Airways operate the best times from London Gatwick outbound and return London Heathrow.

WHEN DO I CHECK IN & CHECK OUT

Check in is from 2pm on the Monday, when welcome drinks will be served. Check out on Saturday is 10am after morning practice and breakfast.

WHAT DO I NEED TO PACK

Once you have made your booking you will be sent a full kit list via email.

ARE THERE ANY OTHER COSTS

Flights and transfers are not included. Extra treatments such as massages are not included but can be arranged.

WHAT IS THE REFUND POLICY

Naturally, no one books with the intention of cancelling or postponing their trip, but unexpected things do happen, so you must have adequate travel cancellation insurance in place before booking your retreat/experience with us.

If you need to cancel any booking, cancellation fees will apply. Any notice of cancellation must be provided in writing and all transaction fees from our payment gateway will be deducted from your refund.

If you cancel 90 days or more before the start date of your retreat/experience, you will be refunded the full amount paid up to that date, minus any transaction fees imposed by our payment gateway and excluding the £500 deposit per person, which is non-refundable.

If you cancel between 60-90days before your start date, you will be refunded 50% of any sums paid, minus any transaction fees imposed by our payment gateway and excluding the £500 deposit per person, which is non-refundable.

Cancellations less than 60 days before the start date are non-refundable and will result in a forfeit of any and all sums paid. Due to our need to commit to accommodation and other arrangements in advance, exceptions to our policy cannot be made for any reason.

DO I HAVE TO PAY ALL AT ONCE

No, you don’t! You can pay a deposit now and split the rest over 3 staggered payments between now and 6 weeks before the retreat date.

After the initial £500 non-refundable deposit, the next 3 payments are split.

25% instalment Nov 2024
25% instalment Feb 2025
25% instalment 6 week prior to take off.

WHEN DO WE EAT

07:30 Rise and shine to hot drinks and fresh fruit followed by meditation and yoga/ Pilates, 09:30 Breakfast, 13:30 Lunch, 18.00 Wind down evening class, 19:30 Dinner.

We will be offering, fresh water, hot drinks, and fresh juices. As standard alcohol will not be served and we kindly ask you to respect this. If you do wish to have a glass of wine we are more than happy to accommodate this.

WHAT IF I HAVE ALLERGIES

We cater for all dietary requirements, these will be noted prior to your arrival. The dishes are mostly vegetarian, pescatarian and plant based.
