Join Holly for a morning of the ultimate ‘Self care’ time. A chance to move and breath together through a nourishing yoga practice looking out to green fields of the Sussex countryside. The morning yoga will be dynamic and uplifting, we’ll then enjoy the fresh air and simply relax and bathe in the sun or take a dip in the heated outdoor pool.

Lunch will be a feast of plant-based treats served picnic style around the pool or out in the fields.

This half day retreat experience is an opportunity to enjoy a retreat setup when your time is limited and this day fits into your schedule more easily. The morning will be held outdoors so is weather dependant, if the weather isn’t on our side the ticket will be fully refundable.

Terms and Conditions Retreat Cancellation Policy- Terms and conditions If for any reason you cannot attend the retreat you are welcome to sell your space on to another person as long as you give the contact details of the attendee to Holly Cooper. Refunds for the Retreat are not available for any reason. You must ensure that you are fit and well to attend the retreat. If you are turned away for attending when unwell a refund will not be issued.
