Yoga for Love | Yoga and brunch morning
YOGA FOR LOVE- CHARITY FUNDRAISER FOR BRIGHTON YOGA FOUNDATION.
Sunday 14th July | 9.30-12pm
What does yoga mean to you? For each and everyone of us we’ll have a reason as to why we take our bodies to the mat.
It’s this practice that we come back to over and over again. For some it’s lifeline, a chance to be with the real you, whether that’s easy or hard it’s a good starting place for so much healing. Thankfully we have charities like the Brighton Yoga Foundation that is making yoga accessible to so many that otherwise may never have been able to access it and it’s healing benefits.
The Foundation works with others to provide regular Yoga Community Outreach Activity: free or subsidised yoga classes to those in greatest need and who do not normally have access to yoga. These include yoga for mental health, for women recovering from abuse & trauma, for stressed teenagers, yoga in schools, for the police and for the NHS.
It’s been a part of my life since I was 16 and still to this day it makes me happier and healthier. Everyone can find a yoga that’s for them.
I’m excited to teach a class on the lawns at Rockwater for the Brighton Yoga Foundation. Bring friends, family, loved ones, little ones and furry friends too. Everyone welcome for some outdoor yoga.
Please come and celebrate with me, celebrate all that is yoga and what it’s brought to our lives or come try it for the first time.
Our morning will conclude with tea, coffees and a healthy brunch spread in the comfort of the lodge at Rockwater, allowing us time to chat and connect with one another.
50% of the ticket cost will be donated to the charity.
